Event Leadership Structure
We are starting out small and simple and will grow our teams organically as the event grows. This way, nobody gets overwhelmed and no teams get left behind!
An Events Committee has been established which spearheads the development of various departments and their leads, essential for an event to flourish from the start. We wear many hats, especially in the beginning, so it's not outside the realm of possibility for different roles to be filled by the same person.
